3IS THERE WIFI AND INTERNET?
Yes, WIFI and Internet are available at our partner hotel. We have also included a complimentary high speed internet (10 Mbps) which will be added to your package once booked.
4DOES MY BOOKING COME WITH BREAKFAST?
Yes. Your room comes with buffet breakfast. One buffet breakfast for a single occupancy room and two sets of buffet breakfast for a double occupancy room. (This only applies to crystal, platinum and royal VIP packages).
5HOW DO I REQUEST A ROOM NEXT TO MY FRIENDS?

6ARE THERE TRANSFERS TO THE JW MARRIOT MARQUIS DUBAI HOTEL FROM THE DUBAI AIRPORT?
Transfer is automatically available with only the ‘Royal VIP’ package. If you have purchased or would like to purchase a Royal VIP package, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will be happy to arrange a transfer for you.
FLIGHTS & OFFERS
1ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?
No. Flights are not included in your package; however our official partner airline will give you a discount once you use our discount code on the website. We can also provide you with basic advice regarding flight plans.

Flights should be booked from your airport of choice to land in Dubai (DXB) Airport via Emirates airlines.

4HOW DO I OBTAIN A PARTNER AIRLINE DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you have booked your desired package, we will send your code to you within 7 working days. Please feel free to enquire about this if you have not received your discount code after 5 working days. Please note that discount codes are only applicable to air fares and not air taxes. Some of the staff have first aid experience, however we are only limited to first aid experience.

1WHICH ACTS WILL PLAY ON EACH DAY?
An update will be released via phases regarding the acts playing on each day.
2HOW MANY EVENTS INCLUDE UNLIMITED FOOD AND DRINKS?
This will be a minimum of 1 event and will be announced 4 weeks prior to the MY DUBAI VIP event date.
3WHEN WILL THE YACHT EVENT PASSES BE RELEASED?
The Yacht event passes will be released by September 30th 2017.
4WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We provide the service of allocating you to our official partner hotel, JW Marriott marquis Dubai, our luxury events and meeting your concierge and activity needs through our local concierge partner.
5SHOULD I PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Visitors to Dubai will be charged for health care if it is needed, so travel insurance is advised to cover any treatment you may need during your trip. 3WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I MAKE THE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?
We will email your instructions for your monthly instalments shortly after you secure your desired booking online.
4WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DUBAI VIP TICKETS?
You will receive your MY Dubai VIP tickets within 72 hours of purchase. For instalment plans, you will receive your tickets within 72 hours after your final instalment payment.
5WHAT IS AN E-TICKET?
An E-Ticket is an electronically delivered ticket via email. You will need to take the booking reference or barcode - depending on the event - with you; either on your phone or as a paper print-out, along with ID to gain entry to the accommodation and/or events. You may also be required, if requested by the MY Dubai VIP, to provide the credit card that was used in the transaction. We recommend printing the E-ticket in full to avoid any issues. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising if you do not take this reference/barcode with you.
6HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
MY Dubai VIP use a DigiCert certified 256-bit Secure Socket Layering and Stripe to process your payments and keep your details safe. We do not store your credit card details after the transaction is complete.
7WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We take payments through Paypal or Stripe merchant services, who accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and JCB and all debit cards.
8I WANT TO RE-PRINT MY TICKET/MY TICKET HASN'T PRINTED PROPERLY/I'VE TORN MY TICKET.
Please email us on Bookings@mydubai-vip.com, let us know what has happened and we will enable you to re-download and print your tickets.
9HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY FOR AN EVENT?
The limit for ticket purchases for a single event in a single transaction is 6. The event promoter may request this to be lowered if the event is anticipated to have higher than normal demand to prevent any touting.
10WHAT ARE THE BOOKING FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES?
Tickets purchased through MY Dubai VIP are subject to a per ticket, non-refundable booking fee. The prices displayed also include local taxes. To cover the costs of our ticket platform, Eventbrite’s operations, a booking fee is charged on a per-ticket basis. We always try to make sure this is one of the lowest online for tickets. E-Tickets do not incur any additional charges than Eventbrite’s processing fees, Physical Paper tickets will incur an extra printing and postage cost. What you see at checkout is what you will pay. There are no hidden costs.

12HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
MY Dubai VIP’s standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled. This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase and is an industry-wide standard. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of tickets for the correct event.
